Roach was quaoted; NO infact this is on video, as saying Pacquiao is weak for 3-4 days after having his blood drawn (Which is false).
So the 14 days?

Jab is ******ed. No media outlets huh? CBS has published an article about su****ions. I believe it was the New York Times or New York Post that published an article pointing out Pacs su****ions. Jim Rome, and Brian Kenny have both pressed team Pac and questioned their bull**** excuses. Teddy Atlas has pointed out the su****iousness behind the way team Pac is acting. In nearly every interview, either Mayweather or Pac are asked about the testing procedures. Hell, Pac couldn't even go through a Jimmy Kimmel live show without being questioned about testing.
But no ones cares right? Stop dude.

There was hardly any focus on the "slanders" until Pacquiao tried to change the rules of the USADA. And his plenty lies - as you said - did him no favors. That's that. You can try to switch it around but the fact is, if he had complied with what he originally agreed to, this would be a non-issue. Period. But he didn't. Even worse, he had a million contradictory excuses and lies. Yeah, usually the media will jump on that. Get a clue.
Second, in your puny mind Holyfield's name being found in two separate steroid rings means nothing. In my mind, it means he juiced. You think that's funny? I'm not surprised - you have an affinity for those who BS.
So you got NO proof Pac juiced, and you got NO proof Holyfield juiced. Just ****ing BRILLIANT!! You'd make a helluva prosecutor!!

Originally posted by Hannibal Barca View PostYour thread says, and I quote, "Nobody", in all caps for emphasis. You mentioned nothing of boxing specifically. Obviously, sporting fans and organizations similar to boxing cared, hence the reason for the massive move towards more stringent testing policies in the last decade. What you should be asking is why boxing is taking so long to do what other sporting markets, sporting markets bigger than boxing I might add, have attempted to implement for the past eight or so years.
Who cares when and why the move for more stringent testing policies was made? It's irrelevant. What matters is that something is finally being done for something that was long overdue. Fact is, the standard policies used by NSAC are stagnant. People should be applauding Mayweather and Sauerland promotions for their efforts to clean up the sport. What they're doing is for the greater good, and as you see, commissions such as NYSAC are looking to join the movement. It's as imbecilic as asking a seasoned physician why he's using unorthodox but effective and efficient methods to cure a dying man when he found that previous methods were incompetent. What would anything be, whether it be life in general or sports as an entity, without appropriate advancements?
By the way, weren't unorthodox testing methods proposed in one of the Holyfield-Tyson fights?
As for your comment, show me some documents prior to all this mess that the OSDT was coming soon to Boxing. Or that is was being discussed. Please don't ask me to show otherwise, cause that will just prove my point. NO speak of it, and especially on this board.

If we’d do what’s done in the Olympics or what the World Anti-Doping Agency recommends – sporadically test them during training – that would really be the best way. But if you check them right before or after a fight, they’ll test negative. Boxers are just as smart as anyone else and it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to go online and look at how long a certain drug stays in your system.”
