He would've been more of a live opponent at 140.

You can't drag these guys like Hatton and Marquez up in weight and then claim the outcome would've been the same.

Mosley is still live....i don't care if he is 38....guy has pretty much KO'd every fighter he beat......most of his losses have come to bigger men at higher weight classes and he was competitive in all losses............and he just KO'd a guy who no one thought could posssibly be KO'd by any fighter at 147.........

i would like to see Floyd at 54....but i think he is too small......he didn't bother weighing more than 150 for the ODLH fight so he effectively won that jr middle title fighting as a welter............

Oh now Tua, let's be fair. If I made a thread right now saying anything not favoring Pacquiao, the Pac fans on here would come to his defense in an equally if not more defensive fashion.

It's okay I just like fucking with some of you. I like some of the *******s like you and Mak. The others can kiss the most biased part of my ass.

Hello, great list here you guys?

Castillo - prob the best fighter at 140 when Floyd fought him
Judah - Very fast southpaw, quick reflexes, descent power
N'dou - was undefeated when Floyd fought him, was a straight beast had like a 90% knockout ratio when he fought floyd and beat like his last 7 opponent by KO going into the fight
De La Hoya - champ at 154, great boxer, great skill, fighting at his best weight
Hatton - an undefeated great pressure fighter, people were saying the key to beat floyd was pressure cutting off the ring
Mosley - the name resume speaks for it's self

Only Oscar. Otherwise Floyd has fought an endless line of tune-ups.

My thread - which I concede is misleadingly titled - is about the post-Castillo career.

Castillo - my fault for not making the thread title clearer, he's not included in this range.

Judah - Judah, while undeniably skilled, has been a gatekeeper for many years now. Clottey, Cotto... they're all having a piece of his ass. Let's not forget that Floyd was fighting him straight off the back of a loss to an Argentinian cab driver.

N'Dou - this guy's successes had been against lesser comp and he had been stopped in three by Anthony Campbell, a Green Teefer who now holds a 15-15-4 record. As for N'Dou himself, then his career after the Floyd bout reminds me of that Stevie Wonder song: "you ain't done nuthin'".

Oscar - Two fights away from retirement and still pushed Floyd close.

Hatton - A decent if not great operator... arguably the biggest threat to Floyd in this run, alongside Oscar.
