HOF all day, ATG possibly. He was the best 154lber from an era where DLH, Mosley, Trinidad and Vargas all competed at that weight. Thats got to count for something.

I agree with that, Winky has the best jab i've seen from a southpaw, too bad he was ducked to death. One of the most beautiful boxers i've seen. If he had any kind of power he'd be a highly ranked ATG. Even now, I'm pretty sure he could beat the 160 pound champs.

I got him over Pavlik and Martinez. Hell Sturm too for that matter. I dont think Winky is done. Williams is juts a bad matchup for a 2 year layoff.

He might be. I'd say he's either #5 or right outside. But 154lbs isn't really an old division and doesn't carry as much weight (no pun intended). I think Winky is a borderline HOF'er who may take a while but will eventually get in. But ATG? He's not sniffing that.
