I agree, Arum should place Juanma as the undercard before the main event of the evening. For surely it exposes Cotto fans to Juanma who is a rising star if Cotto loses against Foreman his fans can jump in Juanma's bandwagon. But if Cotto wins it will increase more interest for PR to spend and support boxing as a whole.

Arum wants Juanma and Gamboa on HBO. There is NO chance that HBO would have put up enough money to have a triple header in an already loaded Q2 including Cotto, Lopez, and Gamboa. Literally no way. They hardly put up enough money for Cotto.

Having Juanma fight on the card in an untelevised bout would have been counter-productive to making Lopez a star. I understand why Arum didn't put Lopez and Gamboa on the card.
Hey, what would be your stance if Cotto eats Foreman alive in 4 or 5 rouds?

        Stance in terms of what?

I'd be shocked, number one. And if he does that and looks great, I'd want him to keep going and have another big fight. Not against Pac though, if that's what you mean. I just don't see the point and I don't see how you can sell it. Plus, HBO would never go for it.

I wouldn't mind seeing, like say Mosley loses a very competitive decision to Floyd, I wouldn't mind seeing Cotto/Mosley 2 at 154.

I would love to see Cotto vs Berto, Collazo, Zaveck, Spinks, Cintron, Rhodes, Latimore

I think he should stay away from Martinez, Angulo and PW.

I just wasn't sure what you meant.

No matter what, I think Cotto's lost something. But if he comes out and blitzes Foreman, it will mean that he's not that shot and he's definitely got something left.

Foreman isn't that bad, dominating him would be an accomplishment.

Naw, if he beats Foreman Quick and easy I would love for him to go on a Suicide Mission and Fight Pavlik at MW.

It is about money but just looking at the bottom line in terms of dollars does not take into account that in the long run it is probably a net gain because the extra exposure will bring in more fans making the pie consistently bigger down the road.

It takes money to make money sometimes~.

I'd love to see a renewed vigour in Cotto at 154 as long as we don't see him rematch Manny in his next fight. However I'm not sure I see Cotto being able to run 154 you never know though, but if Cotto wins I can bet The Punisher will want a piece of that.
