    Thank you. Just like these idiots who say that it is the commission's job to make sure fighters are clean (which is bull**** because the COMMISION IS ONLY THERE FOR THE MONEY. THEY DO NOT WANT TO SPEND A LOT OF MONEY IN THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ON RANDOM BLOOD TESTS). It should be the Commission's job to penalize Floyd if he comes in over weight not Pacquiao's.

    Athletic Commissions are a joke. Mosley, Margarito, Vargas are 3 recent names that got away with their ****.

                    He paid it to Marquez. Floyd didn't break any commission rule.

                    The commission penalizes if you weigh over a WEIGHT class, not a catchweight that you negotiate.

                    What do the maneuvers have to do with the commission?
