                ****** thread. If the fight is set @ 147 it should be at 147. The penalty does not really mean anything unless Floyd jr plans on going over the welter limit. It should not even be on Floyds mind if he plans on doing his job. It is like someone penalizing Mayweather sr. for being paranoid when he will be anyway unless he lays of the crack. Again, the only reason to suspect Manny is because he is greater than some would like, thats it. Whereas Floyd has shown a propensity to not play fair.

                    This is a separate issue. The bottom line is that the commission does not oversee contract stipulations for catchweights.
