Floyd failed to make the contractual weight against JMM, and its a FACT. Pac has never ever failed a drug test.

The commission penalizes if you weigh over a WEIGHT class, not a catchweight that you negotiate.

What do the maneuvers have to do with the commission?

then why did floyd have to change the contract if the comission wasn't gonna do nothing about it?

That's just something xtra like random drug tests anybody who honestly beileves Floyd new PAC would say no to R d t. Are naive PAC got everything he wanted who new he'd say no I didn't but when he did it changed my view in him
The commision can decide if Floyd can still win FIGHTER OF THE DECADE...there's still hope *****s.

No, you are. The commission had nothing to do with the contract Marquez and Mayweather agreed to. Thus, they have nothing to do with any changes, last minute or otherwise. They didn't penalize Floyd because he never broke any of their rules. At some point this will seep into your mind.
