Pac have improved alot through out the years but also he has reached his peak or close to.
When Mayweather fights he is rarely have been in a critical sitaution or dangerous sitaution while Pac have looked in trouble in couple of fights in couple of rounds.
The point is that a Mayweather on the decline vs a peaking Pacquiao spells a lot of unpredictability but momentums can change during a fight.
That is why they fight in the ring instead of us discussing as the bottom line.
