Then why did Floyd paid $600K for coming in at 146 lbs.?

Give me the link that Pacquiao came in overweight during a weigh-in?
Bro he came in overweight vs. Torrecampo and Singsurat. 2 of his losses and a few more times. Hes done it alot. He lost his belt on the scales to Singsurat before he got KO'd.

Instead he and his team gave weak excuse after weak excuse. Now he's taking a fight that has even less testing and getting blood drawn 19 day before the fight. Every step of the way Pacquiao makes himself look more and more suspect.
you get your info where? Did you know Floyd wants to hire his OWN team to do the test, plus have random test done up until 24hrs of the fight.meaning at any time these test can be done. Team Pac said no way! His training camp is intense and wont be interfered by random blood testing.. There has to be a cut off point and Floyd didnt want that.

Personally, I agree with you, I would much rather that Manny had just come out with it, but he wants to be a darling in America, and that means not badmouthing popular American fighters (which I have to admit Floyd is at this time). I think that Team Pacquiao will most likely come out with a statement along the lines of " Well we are clean, and we dont have to agree to any of Mayweathers terms, but because we want the fight and the boxing public wants the fight, Manny has agreed to Floyd's silly testing" or something along those lines. It makes them look like they are on at least level playing field with camp Mayweather, while at the same time allying themselves iwth the boxing public, and saving some face in getting the fight made.

floyd offered a 14 day cut off point.

and "his own team" are actually the usada - the premier anti-doping agency in the world.

Did you just make that up? Floyd said a 14 day cut off and Pac turned it down.

pac came from the lower weights. he asked cotto to fight at 145 and cotto agreed. i'm not really a fan of catchweights but they agreed on it so there's no problem. if cotto did not accept pac's request i wouldn't take it against him the way you take it against somebody who refused floyd's demands
