                roo meat is actually great.....very lean and plenty of protein......but it's obvious DLH had no business going down to 147......an all protein diet = no energy.......carbs may be a no-no for couch potatoes, but are a must for finely tuned athletes.....

                  What meat what you could compare it to in taste? Me and my girl are going to go to a Hillsong concert out there.

                    this is bull **** now they restrict the weight on fight night my god not only he takes enhacment drugs not only do they fight damage fighters not only they ask for catch weights but now this?and they say this is an all time great?

                      it's incomparable really....hard to describe...dark and earthy and quite strong in taste/flavour........i don't mind it...i prefer steak or seafood.....when i say it's good stuff i refer more to the health benefits.....but it also depends which part of the roo.....just like any other animal i guess.....i have had kangaroo tail stew......which was excellent....
