Team Pacquiao sets fight night weight restrictions?

I said a month or so back that if Clottey doesnt come in weighing 160 or more that Team Pac out a cap on his weight.

Then today they come out saying that Clottey will try to be 155. He has a hard time making weight as it is. So now essentially hes making weight twice. Rather then just being able to eat.

So Pac come in about 150 and Clottey only weighs 5 pounds more?
