I read about that earlier too. The article I read said that fighters that had to squeeze down to a certain weight without sufficient time to rehydrate clearly showed more signs of damage.

            this is your thread title:

            this is your topic:

Then today they come out saying that Clottey will try to be 155. He has a hard time making weight as it is. So now essentially hes making weight twice. Rather then just being able to eat.

            This is bull****.

So Pac come in about 150 and Clottey only weighs 5 pounds more?

            Bull**** man.
            my thoughts?

            short answer:

i think his trainer knows that a slow, and heavy clottey can't handle pac so they're planning to make him leaner and more agile. do i agree with it? i think they have a better chance doing that, not only because of the speed factor itself but also because it will remind clottey how he defeated zab thus giving him more confidence.

            long answer:

i think you are being a bit too paranoid at first when you made this thread, and when champboxpr and the others managed to prove you wrong stating that the words came out of clottey's trainer's mouth and team pac had nothing to do with it, you started to try and save face by becoming even more paranoid and desperately trying to stand your ground accusing them now of arum's unseen hand or whatever.

now please kindly answer my previous post.

That is true, he does have his license in Texas. I don't think he has his license anywhere else in the states but Texas. And, Texas was the first state to give Valero his license back. So I will give you that. But, I also heard about this theory with Pac fighting against Oscar and Cotto. That there was a re-hydration claws and those figths were in Nevada not Texas... I just don't see it...

Right back in the day they use to have same day weigh-ins... But, they suffered more brain damaged. So they switch the rule to day before weigh-ins for health issues...
