You can say that Pac doesn't express himself well when he is pressured but its not the English barrier. I just watched his face off with Clottey and dude speaks impressively well for English to be his second language. I was impressed and realized people underestimate his ability to speak English. he was very articulate. He just may get nervous when the tough questions are asked. sorry, he didnt cheat b/c he continuely and adamantly said that "this is a WW fight" that WW fights are at a limit of 147lbs. he constantly stated that he wasnt going to come into the fight at 144. so JMM could have either called off the fight or gone through it with it, like he did
