He accepted a test with these conditions; Unlimited urine test, 2 scheduled blood test and 1 random blood test with a 24 day cutoff.

Check the archives, you should be able to find enough articles relating to the drug test conditions that Manny counter-offered to Mayweather.

FYI, the bload test with a 24 day cutoff does not mean it will be done 24 days out. So unless you can tell me of a drug that could significantly raise someones performance within a 24 day period and still be able to hide it in urine and on the blood test right after the fight, then you have no case to dismiss the above conditions.

Also, according to PBF and fans that power is nullified against a great boxer. So with my challenge above, add that it will also enhance boxing skills.

The problem with that is if it is not regulated by boxing commission everyone can tarnish someones image by just saying PED. If Floyd's intention was without malice he probably has raised it up to the boxing commission.
