well, pacquiao did say that if NSAC says its a requirement to take random blood test, manny said he'd take it...so its not like he's avoiding something that is not even required.

i cannot see random blood testing be done to only major fights, it has to be done in all of boxing...so now imagine every bout made is required random blood testing, thats alot of random blood testing to be made...just the month of march alone got alot of boxing going on...imagine if all of these boxers, main and undercard bouts...that would be total chaos...alot of blood be transfered around (from point a to point b, and maybe to point c) at the same time...

i mean, for the pacquiao/clottey card, thats about a dozen boxers, multiply that by 6 random blood test each per boxer and you have a total of 72 blood testing done for that card alone...IS THAT REALLY A GOOD IDEA? DO WE REALLY NEED TO HAVE THESE BOXERS GO THRU ALL OF THESE BLOOD TESTING WHEN THERE ARE OTHER METHODS TO TEST FOR DRUGS? i mean, what about hair samples/ why not use that to test for drugs since ive heard its just as accurate as blood testing.
