I believe Paulie M and Tim Bradley were also demanding that Pac submit himself to OST if they were to fight. Not surprisingly Pac chose Clottey instead of the three guys that were requesting he prove himself to be clean.

I don't know why Cotto didn't ask for one. It's not surprising though. Cotto's team has proven they're not that bright when it comes to the sport of boxing. Look at the whole Antonio Margarito fiasco that just slipped right by Team Cotto...

Oscar and Ricky wouldn't have asked Manny for a PEDS test because going into those fights Manny was viewed as the smaller man. It was the Cotto fight that really raised eyebrows.

It was after Pac refuse that the allegation, malice and the use of the press went overdrive by Team Mayweather, If manny had said ok test me how would Mayweather use the drug testing thing as a malice?

Yes, he didn't know how pac would react. I believe that is the point you are trying to make.

Pac's team really mishandled the drug test issue. But I always feel that the person doing the accusing should be the one providing the proof but all we got are weak circumstantial evidence like a big head, a great chin, supposedly greater power. I agree that the overdrive happened after pac refused ( but not totally ). IMO, this is pbf's biggest case ... pac's refusal to a 14 day cutoff. But still that 14 days is not even scientific or with a precedent or something, it is still just an arbitrary number that Floyd's team chose. Hence, it is also a number that Pac can refuse.

Why is the request of random drug tests ridiculous?

If my job is su****ious of me and they tell me to take a random test then guess what, I either have to take the test, quit or be fired.
