if NSAC ask PACQUIAO for random blood testing then PACQUIAO would agree on it.

If he's so good and if he's so angry at floyd why wouldn't he take the test??

I mean being scared of needles can't be used as an excuse anymore..we all know he is not.

He's on something,before the fight he put down the glove size,the ring size and the weight penalty request..when floyd agreed he bit*ed out simple as that.

its a matter of believin. Do you really believe pac uses or will use those kind of drugs? Before asking anyone, ask yourself first. does the accusations made by the mayweathers credible? If you believe pac is innocent, theres no need to argue or defend him. Manny believes in God, and he understand that as long as he is innocent, he doesnt have to prove anything. Nobody ever takes what the Mayweathers say seriously.. Pac made himself look su****ious by avoiding a $40 million dollar blood test.

Pac doesn't have to prove anything right now. He doesn't need to explain anything to anyone because he passed all the drug tests he went through all throughout his career.

The burden of proof is on the accuser and not on the accused.

the commisions and promoters and sanctioning bodies have a conflict of interest with regard to more testing. From their perspective they can't spend or lose money from a scheduled bout not going ahead. They have shown zero intereast in catching and punishing cheaters. This is clearly evident in their atitude towards testing and their incredibly lax procedures....for ***s sake look @ texas...they don't even test at all unless u have a history and have been caught......no we can't rely on them to lift their game....they do not care about the interests of the fighters and never have.......it is up to the fighters who have influence (the cash cows) to demand such testing before entering the ring......the pac fans hide behine the commission and the established rules......cowardly when u consider they do nothing to protect fighters!!!!!

Accepting the status quo is a moral failing....and i don't care what Floyd's motivations where....i am thankful he has shined a big ass spotlight on this issue......because quite frankly it needs to be rectified....the inherent nature of boxing (violent) dictates it's policies must be the crem de la crem when it comes to this issue......not the botom of the barrel!!!!
