This question shouldn't have to be asked! And what's even more pathetic is this,

          Pacquiao fighting oscar at welterweight:

Оasis_Lad, Anabolism, Earl-Hickey, EL_cano, MakeDamnSure, minasyan, pasawayako, peyk-peyk, Red Rebel, red_shoelace, tanibanana, WAR MOSLEY, Wreckless, ~Joe Calzaghe

thats not what i said. but just to follow your premise, at 154 i think manny would still beat oscar. he was the same flatfooted oscar on both fights, and pac would still run circles around him, only difference is oscar might last longer.

Well in the 2 years, 7 months prior to fighting Floyd, Oscar had ONE fight.

Over the same time period leading up to the Pac fight, Oscar had THREE fights.

Floyd still fought the better Oscar, but Pac put on a MUCH better performance.

man, did u see oscar in that fight?i think that was the best example of a severely weight drained fighter if ive ever saw one. oscar shouldnt have fought if u ask me...he looked like a dried up beef jerky. there was no way he was gonna beat pac like that.

This is a pretty vague question. Just the fact that Floyd fought Oscar at a heavier weight makes it the better verison of Oscar. I don't think the year difference in age had any effect.

                      Floyd.

Although Pac made him quit and won every round in brutal fashion.
