Pacquiao fought the better of Hatton as it was for the Lineal Title of Hatton's True weight.

Pac fought DLH where he was fighting at 130 at that time and had to moved up 3 divisions and dominate him.

Pac fought better because if Pac wins via Split Decision you call say the same thing that DLH is not shot.. Pac ****s on Floyd heavily and the only difference is Pac goes for the kill, Floyd goes for the marathon running from his opponent.

Hatton himself said Floyd fought the better version of him. I got to dig that article up.

To answer the question, the answer is obvious

Others going for Mayweather include the likes of Johnny Nelson, Billy Graham, Jim Watt and Ricky Hatton (who’s fought both), Ricky said: “Floyd and Manny are definitely the two best fighters pound for pound and of the modern era. I think Floyd is going to win this, he definitely beat a better Ricky Hatton than Manny did and because of all his experience, he really knows how to pace a fight.”

Mayweather easily. If pac would have come up to 154 to fight odlh it would have been competitive not sure if the outcome would have been any different but competitive for sure.

If anyone says the De La Hoya that fought Pacquiao is better than the De La Hoya that fought Mayweather, then they're on some crack.

De La Hoya, just as Pacquiao did, moved up in weight later in his career for a reason. De La Hoya dug his own grave for the money to fight Pacquiao.

Either way, at 154lbs is no mans land for Pacquiao and would never have moved up and pulled a Marquez for money.
