So who'll say Chambers is a bum if Wlad beats him?

It's not his fault and Wlad is a deserving champion. But his camp(Steward etc) are wise in the fact they match him according to his strengths and weaknesses. What camp doesn't do this in boxing these days? If guys like Peter and even Arreola are undeserving, why are they steered towards Vitali for title fights?
The heavyweight champions are not exclusive in this, it is a product of the times. Most fighters today are "matched wisely" Promoters, investors and managers protect their investment. I don't blame Wlad, I blame the muliple titles and bogus(and profitible) sanctioning bodies for making so easy.
How is he matched carefully? If those guys became mandatories Wlad would be forced to fight them, simple as that. They can't, so that means they are not good enough.

When he had to fight Peter, he did. He avenged his loss to Brewster. He signed to fight Haye until Haye pulled out of the fight. He tried to get Arreola after Haye pulled out of the fight, but Arreola refused saying he was not in the proper condition. Are those guys not big punchers?

Almost all of them are matched carefully these days. Everyone tends to agree til it comes to a boxer that they like.

Brewster was a beaten fighter when Wlad rematched him, hadn't fought in a year and a half and that was a loss. Matter of fact that Brewster was under medical suspension in the U.S. and the rematch should never have taken place because Brewster lost his previous fight and was damaged goods. And Arreola suprised me in the Vitali fight because I did not think he had a chance, I would have though he was less deserving earlier in his career.

My thing isn't that Wlad is not a worthy champion, because he is! and I do not blame him for the times he fights in with multiple titles and crooked sanctioning bodies. But I ask you if there was only one title, one heavyweight champion, would we be having this discussion at all.

Yes, Brewster was past his prime when Wlad rematched him, but he avenged his loss, and people up until now had been criticizing him for not doing it. Sam Peter was in his prime, as is Haye right now, but he pulled out of the fight. Youc an't say Wlad is getting matched carefully because he fights anyone that is considered a top challenger, big puncher or not.

I don't understand what you're trying to say by this (the bolded part)? If there was only one title, either Wlad would still be the champion and he would still be fighting Chambers probably.

            No bum there.

The only reason the Klits are on top today is because of their God given genetic make up. They're gigantic. Look at Valuev. The only reason he's topped the ranks is because he physically over powers people and it's not until they get in the ring with actual skilled fighters that they lose.

Chambers isnt a bum he is a good fighter but not good enough to beat Wlad imo.

I don't know if they are underrated or hated. I think people know how good they are, but they refuse to give them credit because they don't like them.
