the coward was about to pull out of the lacy fight till his father lent him some wrinkly old balls(better than nuthin?) from a dusty old cabinet his grandmother had as keepsake of her whorish days around the world
if jones accepted to go to wales and go down in weight like calzaghe wanted calzaghe would've shat his pants and pulled out with an injury
A jones fan laughing at Calzaghe for pulling out of fights, lol. Glen had his chance but he blew it when he lost to Woods, Calzaghe had no reason to fear him either he has beaten two of his conquerors as well

Calzaghe didnt duck his mando always got up when he was knocked down and never quit. If Calzaghe did fight Johnson I think the outcome would of been a bit better then the outcome of Jones Johnson, lol.

Im sure Calzaghe was afraid of his other opponents as well, didnt stop him from fighting them though did it? Nor did it stop him from making offers to Jones did it?

I meant when tough guys were his mandos and Jones pulled his vanishing act Nunn and Tarver spring to mind.

editI I think that Tarver II ko was Jones recieving his karma for ducking him three years prior

This Daggum cat cant handle the fact his hero's were scared *****s who ducked Calzaghe. Hopkins offered a career high purse then goes on to call out Vargas and Shane Mosley.

Roys chosen route of ducking wasnt even going to the table to make a deal.

yea, jones ducked tarver to face harding the guy who beat tarver and at whole time was top 3 lightheavy

while tarver was number 8 and then dissapeared from the list after getting owned by harding

your trying way too hard with this tarver ****
nunn was offered a fight idiot, he didn't want it cuz he was complaining about the money

Exactly, Showtime offered him a 3 fight deal worth $10m back in the day and he ducked out to face Mando's.

The names Showtime wanted him to face included James Toney and Joe Calzaghe. He was getting the highest split to face Toney and a career high payday to face Calzaghe.

HOPKINS:Case in point... I'm going to quote Larry Merchant, who's part of the system and he's nothing more than a puppet on a string, here's what he said... "Why are you calling out the little guys, I never heard of a middleweight calling out the little guys."
