and calzaghe and ottke liked that just fine. they could stay in their comfort zones and rack up 21 title defenses in the same weight division at the same exact time without ever having to face one another. it was a total racket. they never had any intentions of facing the best. and you defend these clowns?

I have no problem with a guy who has fought a lot of naturally bigger guys like Jones fighting a smaller guy like Calzaghe. Calzaghe could of moved up you are right, but that wasnt what stopped the fight from happening. According to Warren who you love to quote Roy Jones asked for even more money, thats why the fight never happened.

My question to you is this when is Warren telling the Truth when he was working with Calzaghe or after he was fired by Calzaghe?

after obviously. the truth finally comes out cause he doesn't have to protect calzaghe anymore. and funny enough the facts all fit in his stories. you have no facts on your side just calzaghe and warren saying they are being ducked. all fighters and promoters say that to build up hype. calzaghe never faced the best, pulled out of tough fights, and faced easy opponents just like warren said.

article proves nothing. No talk of purse no indication that Calzaghe's camp reached out to Jones, no clues as to whether Joe would be moving down or Calzaghe up, it is just Joe saying he would be willing to fight Roy overseas.

how are they the same? look at their resumes. hopkins and jones are full of good fighters and calzaghe is full of nobodies and a couple guys who used to be good but were badly faded. yeah hopkins and jones didn't fight everybody but calzaghe fought nobody.
