agree, 7000 calories a day is not that much for very active individuals who trains very hard, they would burn it easily. i'm consuming about 3000 calories trying to limit to proteins/carbs and going to gym 3-4 times a week and not gaining weight.
Regarding Pacmans 7000 calories a day.

Kobayashi set a new world record with a different kind of sausage: bratwurst. He ate 58 bratwursts in 10 minutes, smashing the previous record of only 34 1/2 b****
And for anyone who's counting, the 160-lb Kobayashi ingested 16,820 calories, 1,450 grams of fatLast edited by shogunn; 03-07-2010, 09:32 AM.Comment

Agree with TS. 7000 is way too much for such a small frame to take when having to do a killer workout on the side. It's all talk which adds to the 'pacman myth'Comment

Pac called and said he gives a **** ass abut your ****** challenge and he can't talk because he's busy eating.Comment

But pac has to eat that much to keep the weight on. Wlad dont need to eat to get bigger.
Couch potatoes who are obese eat 10,000 calories, so someone who trains should be able to. I dont know if its good for you, or healthy but it can be done.
\Of course it can be done.Comment
