Regarding Pacmans 7000 calories a day.

Am I the only one who thinks this is a load of crap? Not hating here. Just saying, I challenge you to take in 7000 calories a day, it is almost impossible trust me, then combine that with working out like a beast.

Well on the recent article on this site they said he is around 153lbs at the moment so I think keeping size on may no longer be an issue.

Maybe its a misquote, 7000 calories a day seem over the top.

Dunno man, I've read that quote on more than one occasion from Ariza.

I have a friend that does bodybuilding and he only takes 6000 calories a day, he's 6'3 240. I also find it hard to believe Manny is taking 7000.

Do you have any idea of human physiology or kinesiology? 7000 is a lot to a sedentary individual, but to a professional athlete that burns calories very easily, it's nothing. Currently I take in close to 4000 calories a day along with weight training 4-5 days a week and I still have a hard time putting on weight. And I'm no where as active as Pacquiao. Trust me. Anybody that knows anything about fitness or nutrition knows eating every 2-3 hours is the norm. So divide 7000 by 5-6 meals and it's not so much, is it?

Not hard to believe at all.

If what they say about his training regimen is true that is.

He's the hardest working athlete in the sport.

He'd have to be in order to be #1.
