Floyd beat Castillo in his prime twice in the same year. In 2002.

Hatton beat a shot Castillo 5 hears later after fights with Lazcano, Casa, Diaz, Two Corralles fights, and a fight with Ngoudjo where Castillo looked terrible and got a gift decison. He was not the same fighter.

    Hell you talkin about.
please!.......floyd struggled vs jlc , if that was pac in the ring with floyd he would've never seen the 12th round.....

Tyson was a small heavyweight but he hit pretty hard. Size doesnt give you power. Look at Chad Dawson. Hes huge yet hits like a girl.

Pacquiao has power. We all know that. Him and Marg are WW's and they both KO'd him. Its safe to say that Pac hits ahrder then Margarito.

Dude, I can tell that you never really watched Floyd fight back then. Not only that, but do you understand styles? Add on that Floyd had a torn rotator cuff. At 130/135, he would have blew Manny out of the water. With all the damage that JMM did to a young Manny, Floyd have done more plus he would not have been taking any punishment in the process.

Assuming he is, which I think he is but I'm not quite sure about, it happened after the first JMM fight when Pac and Roach made a dedicated effort to improve Pac's technical ability, which I think becomes clearer with each fight. It also has to do with who has more heart for the sport and I think Pac does.

That is the common misconception. Pac's walking around weight back when he was fighting Morales for the third time was 155. Pac struggled to make 130lbs fighting JMM for the second time. I really believe Pac's natural fighting weight now is at 140lbs, but he proved that he can be as effective in 147 because he's faster than most guys in 147lbs today.

Excuse me and get your facts straight. PBF lost his first fight with Castillo, his only decisive win with Castillo was the rematch.

But in a BOXREC manner...well ok, he won both fights with JLC.

I'm not trying to hate on the guy but we have to keep things in perpesctive. Hes a great fighter no doubt. But I need to see him vs. another counter puncher again. I need to see if hes still the same guy that JMM smacked up side the head over and over. A fight with Mayweather will show me what Pac is about.
