At what moment did Pacquiao become better than Mayweather?

For those of you who think he will win (I'm not decided yet, I'll decide after their next fights).

Surely at 130 Mayweather would have beaten Pacquiao who lost to Morales once and drew/won SD over Marquez. At 135? Pacquiao looked like a beast but he was only fighting David Diaz so it's hard to hell. 140 and 147 Pac beat up Hatton ODLH and Cotto but if you can pin point the moment Pac became good enough to beat Floyd let me know...

His progression is so strange, haven't seen anything else like it in boxing.

I honestly cant tell you when it happen. I remeber him going life and death with JMM. Then he never fought a right handed counter puncher again.

IMO he always was and always will be better.

But i'd say he proved it the night he destroyed the one man Mayweather has avoided, Miguel Cotto.

Pac would beat Floyd at 130/135. Please break that down for me.

After beating Cotto, convincingly....people were whittling on after he KO'd Hatton....but then Floyd came back and just cruised past JMM (as he should) and some media sources put Floyd back up to P4P number 1.

But then Pacquiao did what he did to Cotto, he had Cotto back peddling....it was unreal. But yeah, Pacman's progression is very strange.

So Margarito is better then Mayweather too then. I mean after all he beat Cotto too. 2 fights before Pac did.

I can't see a 130 lbs Pac beating Mayweather, at 135 I'd favour Floyd too (although It's hard to say). Mayweather seemed to get worse the more weight added and Pac seemed to get better.

Why are poeple forgetting that Cotto was beat to a pulp by Margarito and was life and death with Clottey before Pac beat him. At 145 Pounds at that.
