Is not that you rather lose and is not that is your mentality... Is that not every lost is a bad lost and not every win is a good win...

Another example Calzaghe win over Manfredo bull**** opponent, bull**** stoppage, bull**** victory... Explain how is that a good win?

Miranda goes to Germany fight a top MW, breaks that top MW jaw and losses a close decision. Gave a great acount of himself... How is that a bad lost?
No one ever said beating a mexican cop was a good win. This whole argument started because a poster said Shane has a better resume then Maywather because he FOUGHT Vernon and Winky.

Well you wrong in that case...

Ray Robinson goes all the way up to light heavy and losses to Joey Maxim. Robinson was at the MW limit while Maxim was at LHW limit. Robinson was winning comfortably in the scorecards and quit due to the heat in the 14round... Robinson who started at lightweight lost in a fight that he was winning against the light heavy weight champ.

Manny Pacquiao beats Hector Velazquez... Sandwhiced between his first two Morales fights.... Velazquez who had 10 losses...

Who gets more credit Robinson or Pac?

Technically Robinson didnt lose. He almost died. Hell the ref didnt even finish the fight.

Here is my point... I will take the losses against Forrest and Winky over wins against Bruseles, Ndou, Gatti, Mitchell... Those losses are not bad losses and those wins are not good wins...

how is it a dumb question? Floyd fought Oscar at junior middleweight, classic ***** response when he doesn't know a logical answer to a question.

Technically he lost 14rd KO... True they had to get another ref... But, Maxim also fought in the same weather...

Thats not what the argument was. 4 fighters isnt a whole resume. Dude said Forrest and Winky **** on Floyds whole resume as if Shane actually won those fights. That was my beef. That argument is flawed on so many levels. In boxing just fighjting the best doesnt get you style points almost doesnt count. You have to win. Which is why JMM is obsessed with Pac he could give a **** ass about a close loss he wants to win.

Now if you want to say Oscar ok well fine lets debate it. But when you say because he fought those guys and lost that makes no sense to me.
Thomas Hearns lost twice to Iran Barkley. So Floyd has better resume than Hearns since he lost to one dimensional fighter, right?

You asked me a question. I gave you an answer. No Floyd would not go through Shanes resume undefeated. Shane has had 6 or 7 fights above 147.

No. Hearns has a better resume because he is an 8 time world Champ in 6 different weight classes. With wins over Benitez, Hill, Duran and Cuevas.

                      Your resume is your wins.

But using yall logic I can add Leonard and Hagler to the list of Hearns resume.
