A résumé is a document that contains a summary of relevant job experience and education. The résumé is typically the first item that a potential employer encounters regarding the job seeker and is typically used to screen applicants, often followed by an interview, when seeking employment.

A functional résumé lists work experience and skills sorted by skill area or job function.
So lemme get this straight Andy Koelle has a better resume then alot of people then. I mean he fought Williams and Ward.

Those particular fights Shane was competitive against the larger Winky and Forrest. So they also add yes. You seriously think those 48 rounds add nothing?

You get blown out in the first round like your ******ed Andy Kolle example, that doesn't add, no.

But you're competitive against a much larger Hagler as in the case of Duran, that loss adds to your resume, yes.

          Nothing is cut and dry.

Getting your ass handed to you doesnt make you look good. Almost doesnt count.

You don't think Mosley's fight with Cotto adds to his resume?

The one in which he landed the exact same number of punches as Miguel?

I think if you had a fight where u didnt got knocked out, it should be counted on your resume, the fact that you lasted, and a fight against an elite fighter/ or a higher weight champion that is a loss only by decision, still is better than avoiding or ducking

You are amazingly simpleminded. I literally can't believe it.

It's all relative. The Oscar win slightly enhances floyd's resume. However, moving up and challenging a top pfp fighter like winky and putting up the fight Shane did does a lot more.

                      1) resume consists of your record, competition, and longevity.

                      2) you should put jobs you were fired from on your resume. It is illegal for an old employer to say you were fired ******. They can only confirm dates of employment. Don't put your old boss as a reference. Now maybe you can get a job.
