I think win or lose, the people you fight is your resume. It obviously looks better when you beat the people you fight.

I admit that Mosley showed guys in his fight against Vernon that being said. It's silly saying that he's better than somebody because of those fights. He failed.

If you fail your degree no matter how hard it is, your employer isn't going to give a damn.

If I managed to get fights with the likes of Mayweather, Pacquiao, Hearns, SRL etc. and lost them, then picked up some wins against D level fighters the fact that I fought in those fights wouldn't elevate my career.

I suppose if I did well and lost those fights closely, it would separate me from some fighters. So in a sense I kinda get what the person was talking about.

when you apply for a job to put down companys you were fired from?

A résumé is a document that contains a summary of relevant job experience and education. The résumé is typically the first item that a potential employer encounters regarding the job seeker and is typically used to screen applicants, often followed by an interview, when seeking employment.

A functional résumé lists work experience and skills sorted by skill area or job function.

What if you have had one job, and were fired from that job, are you going to pretend you have no work experience when sending your resume to potential employers?
