And what is UFC going to do when their last few big names are too old to fight. Look at their headliners now, Couture vs. Coleman as a main event? Silva vs. Bisping? And we get the treat of Lidell vs. Ortiz again later in the year? They are beating a dead horse. As soon as Anderson Silva, GSP, and Penn retire, there wont be any reason to watch.

I was at the bookstore yesterday and saw that image, pretty cool. I'm pretty sure they've done that same type of ad in the past, though.

A chick friend of mine says she only watches UFC cause it's like watching **** for females. I'm like, yup, that in the end is what will take over boxing. Not because they give a **** about any skill on display or not, but because women seeing men in all those gay positions wishes it was them in those positions instead.

hahaha.so in one post you have someone posting saying all UFC fighters do is stand toe to toe and wait for someone to get knocked out and in another someone saying all they do is all the gay positions.so which is it?appreciate both combat sports.appreciate all the athletes

Im a boxer and a boxing fan first but youre very wrong my friend. UFC kills boxing in terms of PPV buys and does more than Boxing and TNA, WWE combined. Like I said im a boxer, but i do enjoy watching ufc fights because some dudes in there can box alright, and they do alotta other **** too. But Id rather watch a big boxing fight anyday over a big UFC fight personally

Well boxing only had 3 PPV's last year, so in terms of overall buys then yes UFC kills boxing.

Then again all UFC PPV numbers are just estimates, and leaks by Dana White. So who knows what the real numbes are. 3 of the top 6 PPV's last year were boxing.

The 4 top UFC PPV's had either lesnar or Penn, and all these UFC fan boys complain that once Mayweather/Pac/DLH are gone for good then boxing is dead. Funny stuff huh? Not to mention those boxing PPV's featured the main fight, and little work or interest was in the undercard. UFC stacks all there cards.
