    Top 11-25

    Good list so far.

    I assume the following:
    1) retired boxers only,
    2) how GREAT the boxers were in their time against their competition,
    3) NOT a comparison for "head to head"

As soon as one of the Klitschkos retires, he'll be included on a similar list. But not yet.

The top 10 is easy to anticipate. In disorder :

Joe Louis, Ali, Sharkey, Dempsey, Jack Johnson, Larry Holmes, Marciano, Frazier, Foreman, Lewis.

I will be surprised if I'm wrong even by a single name.

I wish Holy had retired, because he would be top 10.

I don't think you can put them in until you retire, he might go on to break the record defenses, he might go on to get KO'ed. You don't know this while they are still active so i'd wait till they retire before you start throwing your toys out the pram.
Not a chance Wlad beats the defense record (25 set by Louis).

Are you Americans still pissed off about the cold war?

Either Klitschko would destroy all of the fighters on that awful list.
Wow. What an idiot you are. Every single fighter on the list has retired or is dead. The Kilts will make the list when they retire IF THEY ARE WORTHY. WLAD IS WORTHY, VITALI IS NOT.

Wlad and Vitali are both Top 10 ATG Heavyweights.

Either Klitschko can beat any HW from any era.

If the Klitschko Brothers were American, they would already be top 10 for sure.

            Fuck America.
You're a top 10 idiot on Boxing Scene.

Shut up you talk like Wlad is unbeatable, dude has been ko'ed 3 times, glass jaw. He will never be top 10.

As for the deleted reply of Klitschko2009... I think that Wladimir is capable of establishing himself as a top 10 HW, but he needs a little more time and quality opponents. Many would disagree, but, personally, i find his resume already worth of considering him a potential top 10-15 ATG HW... His place among all-time greats will become much higher if he fights the guys like Chambers, Povetkin, Haye and Arreola (Yeh, the last is already beaten by the elder bro, but, at the same time, he is a stylistically very difficult opponent for Wlad)... and probably Boytsov.
Tunney's run at heavyweight was not lenghty enough. He was great, but he elected to retire at the peak. I think he's in the right spot.

No one can argue about one thing... Even if he's not retired.... John Ruiz is the greatest HW ever !
