I think Great A got reason...Tunney too low if compared to Harry Wills...
Wills was kayoed by past prime Sam Langford...I don t see Tunney kayoed by Langford in any part of his career...
Rid**** Bowe is too low, specially considering Holyfield will be in top ten...

I think opposite... eleventh position maybe is too low for a man (Jim Jeffries) who was considered the greatest heavyweight by most people who saw all champions from Corbett to Marciano...

His resume at 21 fights is as complete and awesome in its time as Leonard's mark at Welterweight in the late 70s and 80s. Also consider that the business was different then for people in Jeffries position. They made their money traveling for exhibitions. There's so much more wheat than chaff in that limited run for Jeffries.
