ko punchers, southpws, speedsters, big guys, u name it brwlers,boxer-punchers chavez beat them all just about, he didnt even lose till he was older than ****, no comparison chavez is better.
I'm not comparing chavezs' records against manny, did i?

I'm asking about the logic, that if you applied it to other ATGs like SRR, SRL, Henry Armstrong still Chavezs' resume would emerge as better than those mentioned.

      And even with Durans' resume?

Man, this brings me back to the De la Hoya fight. JCC Sr. backed Pacquiao for that bout, so did Jr and the "Mexicans for Manny" committee.

Man, we already got a glimpse of how PAC would look against someone who was very similar to JCC. Did y'all forget about that glorious night in San Antonio back in 2003 ? And that was just the one-dimensional PAC.

Years ago, my answer would've been JCC all the way, now, I ain't too sure. Everyone brings up the Camacho Sr, Meldrick Taylor fights. In PAC, he's getting a two-headed monster, a guy whose speed is comparable to the Hector's and Meldrick's, but can also slug.

Camacho Sr was just a flatout runner who had no pop, Meldrick Taylor's chin and lack of stamina went against him.

With PAC, you've got speed, power, southpaw and the stamina.

I say, PAC would get a good jump in the early rounds and JCC would have to play catchup !!

this two are my favorite boxers #1 and # 2. but if they fight. i got to give it to pacman. it will be like meldrick taylor vs chavez 1 except the ending. pacman is not only fast but has power in both hands. you will never see pacmans true handspeed because he doesnt do those pitter-patter punches ala sugar ray leonard when he punches. he punches with bad intentions kinda like duran/hearns. plus pacman has an iron chin. look at his old videos you could see him get hit flush in the head and he will just walk thru it. even with his last fight against cotto. and for those people keep on saying he cant box. you guys are just full of crap. he doesnt need to box. he is never in the situation where he has to box except for that delahoya fight and look what happen. pacman style of boxing is unique. he is not a pure boxer i agree but dont say his one dimentional. he has good lateral movement, head feints, fast footwork. he just prefer to slug it out. he is happy dishing and receiving punishment. he even smiles when he gets hit hard. his true gift is not his physical skills its his mental skills. he never panics in the ring and he is never afraid to let go of his punches even though he is get countered. he also like to dictate the pace of the fight and the style of the fight.
