Chavez is by far way better than Pac. Chavez would brake his oppenents down, had the best looking left hook and killer punches. He beat many in their prime and took alot of shots from better opponents than what Pac has fought. Pac only became famous because of big names he fought which is probably only barrera, morales, marquez and oscar. The only thing Pac has over him are the titles not the magnitude of fights Chavez had. And he would wear Pac down and ko him mid rounds.

Chavez had a lead right hand (you know how Pac avoid right hand punchers) and a very underated defense with a solid chin to go with it. You cannot forget how devastating of a left hook he had for the body and he also was able to jab very well. At the same weight Pac would had gotten KOed like every other fighter that couldn't box enough to stay away from him

manny is more popular more financially succsessful,however fanatacism aside there are far more reasons to believe that chavez would have won prime for prime. chaves was one of the best body punchers of all time, manny is susceptible to body punches of any kind, as jmm, and his ko losses, and cotto showed, chavez was right handed, manny last losses were to rt handed guys like morales and jmm, in fact since then pac hasnt faced a rt hander,except clottey now. jmm and morales combined as great as those two were dont have the power, skills, chin,sustained relentlessness or greatness chavez did.chavez faced stiffer comp, and still came out on top the guy did not lose until his 90th fight, again he has more ko's than jmm and morales combined.mannys southpaw stance and susceptibility to rt hand counters, and weakness to the body along with his porous defense would have cost him a fight against a prime chavez. manny's greatest attribute would be his speed, but chavez was faster than jmm and chavez beat plenty of speed guys with better boxing skills and defense than manny.like taylor whom was faster and more skilled pnd for pnd #1 at the time. chavez would win via tko, both guys are hall of famer locks.based on pure skills ,heart , pressure,and level of comp chavez takes manny.

Man, we already got a glimpse of how PAC would look against someone who was very similar to JCC. Did y'all forget about that glorious night in San Antonio back in 2003 ? And that was just the one-dimensional PAC.

Years ago, my answer would've been JCC all the way,now, I ain't too sure. Everyone brings up the Camacho Sr, Meldrick Taylor fights. In PAC, he's getting a two-headed monster, a guy whose speed is comparable to the Hector's and Meldrick's, but can also slug.

Camacho Sr was just a flatout runner who had no pop, Meldrick Taylor's chin and lack of stamina went against him.

With PAC, you've got speed, power, southpaw and the stamina.

I say, PAC would get a good jump in the early rounds and JCC would have to play catchup !!

jmm and morales, combined arent as good as chavez,chavez has more kos against far stiffer comp dudes in their prime, most championships out of any fighter thats ever lived, chavez had more power, chin and relentlessness than pac, the united states werent turned on to chavez until the tail end of his career chavez prime was in the mid 80s. you should see jcc's fights against southpaws, manny as great as he is would have no advantages other than speed and chavez kod plenty of speed guys.manny gets hurt to the bidy, manny unravels when he bleeds ,manny is susceptible to rt handers, jcc takes him hands down.

yeah and manny didnt beat jmm but yall act like he did, out-connected twicew by jmm, a draw and a 1-point gift decision and outconnected in both bouts. jmm isnt even half as good as chavez was in any department.

Why can't we just give props to both fighters instead of "fantasy' fighting them with each other. Pacquiao will obviously lose a fantasy fight with JCC coz Pac is not a fantasy fighter. They are both great fighters.

precisely the same reason why chavez would end up losing to manny at 140 or 35. manny has meldrick's hand speed but he also has foot speed & heavy punches. if you look at all of manny's fights, every single one of his opponents have suffered cuts due to punches. manny is a bad stylistic match up for chavez imo.

actually mannys style would play directley into jccs hands, first of all manny has hell with rt handers, he cant take it very well to the body either, stylewise jcc would have all the advantages , manny has been outboxed ,and out punched by rt handers, plus very susceptible to the body , jcc would hold most the cards in his favor, it would be a stylistic nightmare for pac, because pac has already lost to jccs style to dudes that arent even half as good, but chavez has beat plenty of speed, guys, ko,puncher guys, and southpaw guys.chavez wasjust too good his record still hasnt been broken probably never will be.
