The correct analogy would be that you've taken the police breathalyzer test several times that night because every major intersection has a checkpoint. Now you get to this one street and some guy who says he saw you driving recklessly stops you before you reach a checkpoint and tells you to take his breathalyzer test. He refuses to go to the cops at the checkpoint 10 feet away because he thinks the breathalyzer test the cops are using is insufficient. He then shouts to everyone when you refuse to take his breathalyzer test, even though you've been testing fine the entire night. All this because you have better rims on your car than him.

Thank you. This is a more accurate portrayal of what's going on. The guy in the corner taking the law into his own hands insisting that you take his breathalyzer. As Pac, you tell him "no", I would rather take the cops breathalyzer because he actually has authority in this matter.

When I(PAC) asked the police(NSAC) why he pulled me over he points at the corner and says some guy(FLOYD) said I was driving recklessly. BUT I WASNT!
Now the police(NSAC) tell me they believe I was drinking. But I WASNT!
Now the police(NSAC) told me to take a breathalizer.
Would it be rational or even justified? If I refuse.
