you obviously haven't been through one have you?
most the times they just shine a light in your face to check and see if your pupils are dilated and they ask you if you have been drinking.
they will ask you for identification most or some of the times and then they let you go.

in this case.. Pacquiao has never been found with his pupils dialated or slurring his words.
there is NO EVIDENCE to suggest he has been juicing AT ALL.
Therefor he wouldn't have to take a test.

He refuses to go to the cops at the checkpoint 10 feet away because he thinks the breathalyzer test the cops are using is insufficient. He then shouts to everyone when you refuse to take his breathalyzer test, even though you've been testing fine the entire night. All this because you have better rims on your car than him.

        thread is ******
Thank you. This is a more accurate portrayal of what's going on. The guy in the corner taking the law into his own hands insisting that you take his breathalyzer. As Pac, you tell him "no", I would rather take the cops breathalyzer because he actually has authority in this matter.

Now the police(NSAC) tell me they believe I was drinking. But I WASNT!
Now the police(NSAC) told me to take a breathalizer.

Would it be rational or even justified? If I refuse.
the red words didnt happen in the pac accusations.
NSAC wasnt approached by floyd. he went directly at pac.
police wasnt approached by "some guy".the "some guy" went directly at the driver.

          the analogy is flawed.

This is the worst analogy ever.

Doesn't make any sense at all.

              Heres the correct one.

              Little League.

Pitcher on the Dodgers strikes out 12 of 18 batters, including the Angels star batter 3 times. The Angles star batter is known for having at least 3 hits a game and rarely, if ever strikes out.

Dad of Angels star gets upset and asks to see birth certificate because he believes Dodgers pitcher is lying about his age, even though, he knows both the Dodgers pitcher and Angels star go to the same school, have the same teacher, and have played on the same football team together.

Jealous dads in sports are probably worse than teen pageant moms.
