(Analogy)If I was pulled over in my car at a checkpoint.....

I got pulled over in my car on my way to making some good money, simply at a checkpoint.

When I asked the police why he pulled me over he points at the corner and says some guy said I was driving recklessly. BUT I WASNT!
Now the police tell me they believe I was drinking. But I WASNT!
Now the police told me to take a breathalizer.
Would it be rational or even justified? If I refuse and say:

1.That guy on the corner has no right to say I was driving reckless. So I refuse to take the breathalizer test!

    2. I have never been pulled over before so why should I take your test now. I refuse!

3.Officer, I refuse to take test because I fear breathalizers!

4.I have alot of money so I refuse to take test. Take me to jail and my lawyer will get me out(a bit inconvenient but no test)

5.Give me a certain amount of time befoe the test or I refuse!

    6. Dont take the breathalizer and tell the Officer, I have my pride and technically he nor does the guy on the corner makes up the law!

    7. Just take the test and be on my way and get that money.

Simple Analogy ..whats the right thing to do?

If take the pacquiao stance, and dont take the test.
you will get your CAR IMPOUNDED,
      License probably suspended,
and probably taken into custody for resisting to cooperate with authorities.

Every reason pacquiao gave for not taking the test failed the Logic test

Who is the officer in the Pacquiao vs. May scenario. Who is the one taking Pacquiao to jail??? My analogy is better:

A looney nut Job you know hates your guts tries to pull you over and make a citizens arrest suspecting you of drunk driving. He hates your guts because you have done a better job than he at work and drives a better car. You know you are not drunk and the guy is a twat. What do you do? End thread bitches!!!!

Take the breathalizer test. Tell the cop to fck off and be on your merry way. Otherwise he will arrest you and stick you in a cell with Josh Clottey.

                  Another analogy:

Floyd takes Pac to court for steroid use. Pac (as the defendant) comes in with years of clean tests results as evidence. Floyd (as the prosecution) comes in with what he's got. Would this even go to trial?

you're saying you're willing to take random breathalizers while driving (and get pulled over) for a few months just because someone tipped a cop? you must have alot of spare time in your hands.
