JMM had a regular weight penalty against mayweather (not a PER POUND penalty which PAC came up with)

if clottey had the same per pound penalty that PAC gave mayweather it would have been reported. just like it was reported that pac will NOT make clottey come in at a "catchweight" these are major points of the contract. so in till u prove other wise, PAC has the same rules (as far as weight goes) as he has had in ALL of his bouts. he only CHANGED it when it came to mayweather.

I will look up more of clotteys history because i REMEMBER when a commentator stated that clottey couldn't make 2 of his fights at 147. in the chico fight, he didn't make the weight the 1st time. he had to half way kill himself and then he made weight. he then went on to out weigh chico by 20 pounds.

clotty has recently said that he is now drained and weak at 147. he is BARELY making it.
