JMM had a regular weight penalty against mayweather (not a PER POUND 10 mil penalty which PAC came up with)

if clottey had the same per pound penalty that PAC gave mayweather it would have been reported. just like it was reported that pac will NOT make clottey come in at a "catchweight" these are major points of the contract. so in till u prove other wise, PAC has the same rules (as far as weight goes) as he has had in ALL of his bouts. he only CHANGED it when it came to mayweather.
