I ask because clottey is KNOWN for coming in overweight. he has trouble making 147. he has come in overweight multiple times. PAC threw a 10 million per pound penalty at mayweather claiming that mayweather for the first time came in overweight in his last bout. mayweather ACCEPTED with open arms. but clottey, who has a LONG LONG history of making weight doesn't have the same weight penalty that PAC threw at mayweather? I DON'T GE IT? am I Missing something? what the hell is going on with that team PAC?

I actually think they were hoping Mayweather would say NO but they were surprised that the over the top 10M penalty was accepted without any fuss by the Mayweather team, If Mayweather didnt want the fight that would have been the back-breaker right there IMO.
