We don't know why, you'd have to ask the pac team yourself. I sincerely doubt a weight penalty even crossed pac's mind either time. It's the doing of his promoters, trainers, etc. So what does it matter? Are you really trying to suggest that they didn't want this fight to happen?

he has to DRAIN himself for that fight. he didn't make the weight at first but he went back to kill himself into a SWEAT fest to make the weight. the guy has OBVIOUS weight problems at 147.

SO MUCH SO THAT YOU WOULD HAVE TO BE A FRAUD NOT TO GIVE HIM THE SAME 10 MIL PENALTY. lets say this guy is overweight by 2 pounds against pac. and he then shoots up to 170. pac is 148 fight night
