Floyd Mayweather, in the eyes of many proven boxing enthusiasts, is NOTORIOUS for ducking elite competition. This is not merely my opinion, nor is it breaking news. This little slice of boxing trivia has been echoed around the boxing know for more years than you cold count on one hand. Whether you refuse to accept the reality is your own choice. I would advise you to open the curtains and switch the light on.

I learnt boxing in the ring, from an early age. I have enough fights under my belt to entertain an opinion. I've also trained and fought Muay Thai in the motherland of Siam. I kicked banana trees until my shins bled, and threw leather until my bones hurt. Physicalitis aside, I have studied boxing for the most part of my life, under the influence of many great trainers, some of whom you would have read about and idolised.

Now, if you care to make an educated rebuttal, be my fu**ing guest, but don't insult yourself by posting such childish diatribe. Maybe if you took Floyd's balls out of your mouth, you might be able to speak with some kind of clarity.

You are right about that. Southpaws have more success in landing punches on Floyd than ortho stance fighters.

Never once did I imply that Floyd's skills are not there to admire. I respect his skills, and I have pointed this out on many such occasions. Feel free to read any of my past posts. He is one of the most naturally gifted boxers of all time, but this was not up for debate. However, if your brain can digest the strain of looking back to a few minutes ago, then you will see that we were discussing Floyd's 'DUCKING'. This is another kettle of fish. I need not go any further, as we in the boxing know have witnessed this shameless hand picking of opponents, time and time again. Baldomir, Gatti, Marquez?. Give me a break.

Wow@ the Mayweather hate in this thread.

One group is hoping and saying the Mosley will knock him out and the other group is predicting a "boring" decision, knowing that they're not gonna get what they want, which if Floyd losing.

**** outta here, this isn't scripted wrestling. Floyd doesn't owe you anything against a world class opponent but give his best to win, using his abilities which are boxing. If it happens to be a clinic, it's not Floyd's fault but Mosley's. Floyd doesn't have to do anything beyond that. He isn't gonna KO Mosley so no point in trying.

That's very true. But the people you are referring to are too ****** to understand that. The only thing they understand is cheerleading for their favorite fighter which includes tearing other fighters down. Fighters that do not fit with their agendas. That explains the uninformed ignorant responses to this thread. Mayweather talks about his strategy approach and you get "he's a *****" "he talks too much".....He never performs like he says"...This shows a clear ignorance when it comes to what boxing is all about. It's not about taking punches just to please the fans. It's about being smart and doing what you have to do to win whether by boxing or slugging. And some people equate boxing smart to boxing "scared". Slipping punches is "running" to them
