ive read your post. one question, tell me one of todays fighters that have not been acused of ducking an opponet? and if floyd is so obviously putrid, why does he always rank so high on the fighters polls?

Come on now, ''IF'' Floyd is so putrid?. I highly doubt that Floyd Mayweather's persona is up for debate. It is quite blatant that the man is devoid of humility, with the charisma of a bag of rice. He ranks so high, sometimes, because of his sheer talent. The man, love him or hate him, is a purist boxer in every sense. That being said, putrid is only one of many words that spring to mind when thinking of the personality, or lack thereof, of one Floyd Mayweather. He's the class clown that never grew up.

In answer to your one question, I'll name several. Marco Antonio Barrera, Juan Manuel Marquez, John Duddy, Lamont Peterson, Michael Katsidis, Kevin Mitchell, Poonsawat Kratingdaeng are but to name a few.

And, I`m not saying he isn`t a good fighter, he is, although his every fight up to date, almost, is carefully calculated, and not udertaken unless he has a good edge, like the Corrales fight. If Emmanuel Burton Augustus had had a punch, he`might have KO`d Mayweather, he hit him often enought, and square on.

Big Floyd fan but I'm tired of hearing him mention Shanes losses... Styles make fights thats all I know and Shane with 15 losses would still be a dangerous opponent but still see Mayweather winning by a split decision

The only reason why floyd jr is fighting shane is because he got pushed into this fight. He really didn't want it. If he doesn't fight mosley then the fans will forever calling him Duck or chicken!

However much some of you haters hate to admit it, most of Floyd's opponents were given a chance and he was also accused of ducking Baldomir and Hatton at one point so its clear some just hate for the sake of it. How can you criticise a guy for not fighting people then when he fights and beats them then criticise him for fighting them.
