So the comission is an excuse when every boxer in boxing to this day adheres to its rules, and until this point in Floyds long career has never made issue of this before this, and now all of a sudden just because Floyd Sr.(crack head a**) makes outlandish accusations with no proof we are all of a sudden gonna accuse a fighter of PED with no history of this. Forgive me if I am off base but i wasn't aware Floyd Sr. had a medical degree. If this is all of a sudden such an issue they should make an appeal to the comission to have the rule changed, and if it is fine, Pac will be expected to abide by these rules. Until than they should shut up and color. NO ONE BOXER IS BIGGER THAN THE SPORT!!!
