the funny thing is that pacqiao can ask for a 10 millions dollar penalties for being over 147 but mayweather can not ask for random blood test. Wouldn't the nsac would take care of mayweather for being over the weight limit?? Some of you guys are flip flopper.

So I guess he bever did those many other crimes.

OJ Simpson- Found innocent of murder. So I guess he didnt kill anyone.

Antonio Margarito- Never found to have used plaster in a fight. So I guess he never used it.

Jack The Ripper- Many women murdered in London but he was never caught. So he didnt kill anyone.

Barry Bonds-Alledged to have used PED's but was never actually proven. So he is clean and never used.

The commission is a convenient excuse. Pacquiao ignores them when he makes his own demands, why all of a sudden are they an organization that must be strictly adhered to?

So the comission is an excuse when every boxer in boxing to this day adheres to its rules, and until this point in Floyds long career has never made issue of this before this, and now all of a sudden just because Floyd Sr.(crack head a**) makes outlandish accusations with no proof we are all of a sudden gonna accuse a fighter of PED with no history of this. Forgive me if I am off base but i wasn't aware Floyd Sr. had a medical degree. If this is all of a sudden such an issue they should make an appeal to the comission to have the rule changed, and if it is fine, Pac will be expected to abide by these rules. Until than they should shut up and color. NO ONE BOXER IS BIGGER THAN THE SPORT!!!

cant prove he's dirty, cant prove he's clean. until then its anyones opinion as to wether he's clean or dirty. there's no proof either way.

in my opinion if he is refusing a blood test that Any man, woman or child can easily take without any problems, then he is hiding something and most likely has been dirty. thats my opinion. and the nsac requiring the random blood test is not a valid excuse cuz they never required
it before and obviously never will. and even though they never required it boxers have cheated in the past without getting caught by the nsac.

the nsac is dirty and corrupt like all other organizations in boxing, many people now this and its the main reason why boxing has very little credibility if any in the mainstream of sports. its because of the money hungry corrupt people that run the sport, boxing is on the level of professional bowling and pool, and not a major sport in the mainstream. the mainstream could care less for this sport but when its a athlete from a major sport accused of steroids, you will never hear the end of it until he is caught or admits to being dirty.

pac is lucky he aint a baseball player.
