No he's not, but how many one handed, stationary, one-dimensional fighters can beat HOF/ATG's? Give that same fighter good movement, boxing skills and another equally potent hand and then you can get something extraordinary.

Hes not talking about tecnique, but about strenght, endurance, and recover ability....and all that stuff can be bettered while on PEDs

Also you dont fatigue so you can concentrate more on speed and technique, because your training day can last even 8 hours a day.
so you guys assuming he's on steroids?

I don't work off assumptions. I work off facts. Manny refused to do random blood testing up to 14 days before the fight. That's a fact. Manny turned down 40-50 million because of random steroid testing. That's a fact.

These facts lead me to one conclusion.

and your conclusion is assuming.. fact. if it was somebody else to step up to mayweather, random testing would have never been brought up.

I don't think Mayweather really explained it properly. Manny got his ass outboxed and looked slow and old in the second Marquez fight. Than a few months later, after getting Alex Ariza, he is a completely different fighter and actually got stronger and more powerful for his current fights. Then, when he has the chance to fight in the biggest fight in history, he backs out because of a drug test. If his fans aren't smart enough to see all the red flags with Manny, than its really a waste of time trying to educate the lame.

How true do you guys think this is? Is it a valid point? Or do you think he's just talking out his ass?

I think it's a valid point, but yet he is talking out his ass coz he's talking about Manny Pacquiao who has been good through out his whole career and even got smarter/better as time went by with Freddy Roach. It can be a valid point maybe to some other boxers, but not Manny.
Someone should give Floyd Bernard Hopkins' and Roberto Duran's phone numbers. Neither men became extraordinary until his mid 30s.
