Technique is learned through training. Steroids allow you to train longer, harder, faster.

You are one of those rudimentary fools that thinks steroids do nothing but increase bulk. That could not be further from the truth.

might seem like it coz thats when he started to show he developed a right hand. but i really dont think he got faster. he might have carried the same speed, but not faster.

73 home runs was unprecedented too. That's what made Bonds better than Maris and Ruth.

everything can be bettered on PEDs...because you use them more for training, not for the day of the fight. If you take some designer steroids and epo, you can train more, work harder, eat more and gain strenght. Also you dont fatigue so you can concentrate more on speed and technique, because your training day can last even 8 hours a day.

Yes he wasn't. He is not as fast now as he was vs Barrera.

Pac only got faster in his movement department. He learned to move around the ring instead of plant and pound. Also (especially with DLH) he isn't planting to throw, he's boxing, so his shots are shorter, quicker but they didn't have the same pop.

Tell you what, go find some scientific research that breaks down the speed of his punches using a frame by frame breakdown to prove your right. Until then your point is moot as it relies on opinion.
