I think it's a valid point, but yet he is talking out his ass coz he's talking about Manny Pacquiao who has been good through out his whole career and even got smarter/better as time went by with Freddy Roach. It can be a valid point maybe to some other boxers, but not Manny.

Half talking out of his ass and half not, people do get better after 25... but its rare that when they do they also go up 3,4 weights and dont loss much speed but also gain so much power that it even over powers naturally heavier/bigger men.
