Presumption of innocence or guilty before proven innocent, how does that work exactly?

Who cares about Votes and awards anyway? There are alot of artists,
sports figures, etc..... who deserve awards and never get them for
political reasons so whatever. All I know is that Floyd is fighting
Shane and Pac is fighting Clottey, a guy that Roach said is a weak
fighter and everyone already has Pac as the winner? Yeah Pac your
        the best (Sarcasm).

your the one crying. Floyd and Shane are getting it on. Two
fighters Manny will not step in the ring with because Roach told
him to fall back till he could devise a plan to beat them. It's as
plain as day but only groupies will remain blind.
well, that's your opinion but the person involved in that fight,Mosley, thinks PBF doesn't really wanna fight him, it's just that Floyd doesn't have any other choice but to step step in the ring w/ him. whatever our differences we have in our opinion, the only thing that's undebatable is Pac won the fight of the decade/year award, and not floyd.

if only had Floyd not retired, and instead faced the every risk in his weight class and dominated his opponents, this decade's award might have turned out in his favor.

          if only...

That may be true, but since floyd is doing something, albeit selfishly that inadverently helps the sport overall, in the end, pac will have little choice but to give in. and im not saying that as a hater.

All he had to do is agree to the testing and the fight would have
been on, simple as that. He said he would do 24 days but not
14? Why not? Miguel Cotto asked the same question and Mosley
(who confessed to cheating) agreed and he didn't get upset.

Real fans understand that there is hate for Mayweather by alot of these same writers. They can give manny what ever award they wanna give him, but they can't make me believe Mayweather is not the best fighter of the two. I would say the most exciting should be Pacquiao, and the most gifted should be Mayweather. Just another fake award giving to Pacquiao so that the *******s can masterbate on.
You're obviously brand new. You cannot compare the decades that the two men had. Pacquiao was clearly better even if Floyd is more technically skilled. That's not even mentioning that Floyd missed 20% of the decade via the retirement route.

Of course Mosley is going to say that but every die hard Boxing
fan knows and EVEN Richard Schaeffer cosigned Floyd wanted
to fight Shane back when he was primed and on top. Only those
not wanting to accept the fact will deny it. Floyd wanted Pac
the biggest fight but had to take Shane on the 2nd biggest
fight because Pac backed out. I am looking forward to the
fight between Mayweather/Mosley regardless of what. I'm
happy Pacquiao got his award but that still doesn't prove
he is the best fighter because he didn't beat Floyd or Shane.

I've lost respect for you Grust. I remember you picked Cotto and Hatton over pac but stated very good reasoning behind them.

You are very insistent on the 14 days. But you yourself said that there are those that can be hidden in 3 days. Is the 14 days acceptable because it is acceptable to Floyd?

Like any fight fan, I want this fight to happen. Floyd will not dictate the negotiations except if pac will loss to clottey and Pbf will win over Mosley. They must compromise because both are draw and superstars in their own right. If you cannot accept that and say it as bull****, then ok. That is your opinion. But is has the same weight as mine.
