Why is it that all Manny has to do is accept a 14 B.S. and Floyd can't accept a 21 day blood sample C'mon CLEARLY Chicken Mayweather has DUCKED opponents that can beat him. He has not fought anyone. If Miguel Cotto were like Chickenweather in tghe sense that he chooses his opponents he would be unbeaten also.

Seems to me that the voters went half a decade instead of the whole decade.

From 2000 to 2003 Mayweather blows Pacquiao away, from 06-09 Pacquiao won it with his wins over Morales, Barrera and Marquez. His wins over DLH and Cotto don't mean **** to me. Hatton was a good win.

          Notable wins only:
          2000: None
          2001: Corrales(Top 5 P4P), Hernandez, Chavez(1 loss)
          2002: Castillo(#1 LW) 2x
2003-2004 Mediocre fighters but still tough: Sosa, Corley,
          Gatti
          2005: None
          2006: Zab Judah(Top 10 WW) and Carlos Baldomir(#1 WW)
2007: De La Hoya(154 WBC champ), Ricky Hatton(43-0)
          2009: Marquez

          vs

          2000: No notable wins
          2001: Ledwaba and Sanchez
          2002: No notable wins
          2003: Lucero and Barrera
          2004: Marquez
          2005: No notable wins
          2006: Morales 2x and Larios
          2007: Solis and Barrera
2008: Marquez and De La Hoya
          2009: Hatton and Cotto

I really don't get it. I can't see how these voters voted for Pacquiao solely on what he did on the second half of the decade.

The first half clearly belongs to Floyd, the second half belongs to Pacquiao and that's because Mayweather retired for 2 years. It's a tie, it couldn't be a landslide for either fighter.

Real fans understand that there is hate for Mayweather by alot of these same writers. They can give manny what ever award they wanna give him, but they can't make me believe Mayweather is not the best fighter of the two. I would say the most exciting should be Pacquiao, and the most gifted should be Mayweather. Just another fake award giving to Pacquiao so that the *******s can masterbate on.
last ime i checked, the May fight between PBF and Mosley doesn;t belong to 2000-2009 decade.

                Ummm....for 1, it was 24 days not 21 Manny wanted. For 2, 24
days wasn't sufficient time to catch someone cheating. For 3,
Miguel Cotto couldn't even understand why Manny Pacquiao didn't
want to take the tests and fight Floyd Mayweather Jr. Mosley just
accepted it and he is a proven cheater and I bet you Cotto would
have done it too. For some reason, the great Manny Pacquiao didn't
want to? Why do you think that is? I can only thing of two reasons
...... either he's juicing or knows he can't beat Floyd. Why else would
he turn down that much money and a chance to prove without a
doubt that he is the best?

Since he never tested positive for anything then why should he
feel disrespected for being asked to take random tests 14 days
before the fight considering he wanted 24? 24/14 what's the
difference? If Pacquiao thought he could beat Floyd then why
didn't the fight happen? Check the sig homie! Roach wasn't as
                    confident as you are.

There is another one called pride or ego, take your choice. The same thing that Floyd has. Pride and ego would not let him accept that Pac's exceptional performance is anything but drug-induced. Floyd just met someone that he could not bully in the negotiation table.
