    the best (Sarcasm).
yeah but Floyd vs Mosley is fighting in a different decade. I'm praying Pac-PBF in 2010 gets made. I'm sure the result in that fight will be considered as a major deciding factor for the next decade's fighter award.

Except Floyd had no other options, his hands were forced. Who else besides Mosley would Floyd have chosen as far as credibility is concerned...Matthew Hatton? Floyd was forced to take Mosley or the public would have cried foul.

Cong**** to Pac. Might have been a different outcome had Mayweather hadn't had took those two years off, but who knows.

          Look all you Floyd crybabies,

          he had his chance.

He could have fought Margarito, Cotto, Shane and Paul Williams in the decade they are voting on.

          He didn't.

          He chose instead,

Baldomir, Judah, DLH, Hatton and Marquez.

Nobody made him take those fights,

he chose them on his own.

Now had he fought the guys in his own division who were a threat and a better challenge,

then he might be in consideration.

i got no problem with pacquiao being number 1. but bernard hopkins shoulde been number 2, he had more meaningful victories than mayweather. but i guess floyd won cuz hes more flamboyant than bhop.

14? Why not? Miguel Cotto asked the same question and Mosley
(who confessed to cheating) agreed and he didn't get upset.

Why not test for boxing, sports, your family and friends or your fans? Plenty of reasons to take the test but there is no reason whatsoever why he shouldn't besides him hiding something.

Since 2005, entering the welterweight division against Sharmbe Mitchell, the guy has refused to test himself, that isn't coming from a hater's perspective, that is simply the unequivocal truth.

                  2) Manny offered to undergo RANDOM URINE TESTING UP TO THE FIGHT NIGHT. It is now a FACT the urine tests can detect HGH, EPO and other steroids, so urine tests are much better in that they can even do DAILY tests if they wanted to.
                  3) Manny isn't afraid of needles nor is he hiding something. He simply doesn't wan blood, ANY AMOUNT to be taken from him 24 days before the fight.
But he had blood taken out before the Hatton bout?
